Stephen E. Fox

Stephen E. Fox serves as the Lateral Hiring Partner and Partner in Employment and Commercial/Business Litigation at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP since March 2018. Previously, Stephen held the position of Shareholder and Employment and Business/Commercial Litigation Trial Counsel at Polsinelli from August 2014 to March 2018. Prior to that, Stephen was a Principal focusing on Employment and Commercial Litigation at Fish & Richardson from January 2003 to August 2014. Stephen began their legal career at Jenkens & Gilchrist, where from 1987 to January 2003, Stephen was a Shareholder and Associate offering solutions for intellectual property protection and providing human resources counseling. Stephen holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
