Maham O'Neil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and community program management. Currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at Insight Global since June 2019, Maham has held various roles including Technical Recruiter and Sr. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisor, emphasizing a commitment to caring for others in the staffing industry. Previously, Maham worked as a Program Manager at Beacon Place NFP, where efforts focused on empowering community members through life skills programs. Additionally, Maham was a Teacher at Every Child’s Place Inc., providing quality childcare and early education. Maham holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Carthage College.
