Paolo Orosa

Paolo Orosa is currently a Recruiter at Insight Global, where responsibilities include identifying and evaluating top consultants, maintaining a candidate network, screening applicants, negotiating contracts, and managing consultant/client satisfaction. Previously, Paolo served as President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, overseeing various departments and acting as the main liaison with the university and national fraternity. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Data and Office Operations for Virginia's 10th Congressional District Republican Committee, Sales and Marketing Intern at TradeWaters Inc., and Sales Executive at Schedult. Paolo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University and an Advanced Diploma from Potomac Falls High School.
