Lisette Malarchik

Lisette Joy Malarchik is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at INSIGHT HUMAN SERVICES, INC. since March 2022, Lisette has held senior HR roles at Graphik Dimensions Ltd. and Implus, among others. With a strong foundation in human resources management, Lisette has progressed from HR Coordinator at Regulus to HR Administrator II at Teledyne Technologies, and subsequently to various directorial positions. Academic qualifications include a BA in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and an MA in Industrial Relations and HR Management from UCLA.
