James McTear has extensive experience in project management and business change within the investment sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Head of Business Change (Real Assets) at Insight Investment since April 2002. In addition to overseeing real asset projects and operational change, James McTear has a focus on investor relations and ESG investing. Prior roles include Project Manager at Schroders Investment Management and Manager at Bisys Fund Services, as well as Assistant Manager at Rothschild Asset Management from 1992 to 1999.
