Carina Moran

Carina Moran is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Talent at Insight Partners since May 2021, Moran plays a key role in supporting high-growth technology companies. Prior to this, positions included Principal at True Search, Senior Associate at Renovata & Company, and Executive Recruiter at Rockwood Search, where Moran focused on strategic placements for C-Suite and executive roles. Starting a career in marketing, Moran held senior marketing roles at HouseTab and JAForlines Global Investment Management, as well as positions in equity sales and private wealth management at Morgan Stanley. Moran began professional journey as a consultant at Accenture after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston College.
