Kristen Dardani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent mobility and career development across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Global Executive Vice President of Talent Mobility & Careers at Brainlabs since January 2022, Kristen focuses on aligning business requirements with employee growth and multiculturalism. Prior roles include EVP of Mobility & Careers at MediaCom, where Kristen managed a global mobility program, and Vice President of Global Talent & Transformation at VivaKi, recognized for its innovation in digital growth. Kristen has also contributed as a Global Mobility Consultant at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group and held various positions at Digitas, ISM, McCann Erickson Worldwide, DDB Worldwide, Kirkman Bowman Antonio, and MARC USA.
