Joel Torres is an accomplished recruitment and talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, Onsite - Talent COE at Insight Partners since 2022, Joel previously founded Perlytic from 2019 to 2022. At Twilio Inc., Joel held various senior roles in Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2022, leading a substantial scaling of the Talent Research team. Prior to this, Joel was a Senior Global Technical Sourcer at Indeed.com, where an internal tool developed under their management gained widespread adoption. Joel's recruitment expertise is further showcased through experience as Director and Founder of Deep Rooted Ventures and as an Executive Recruiter at The HT Group.
