Krishnan Sastry

Following 30+ years in diverse operating roles in tech and tech enabled services companies, Krish joined as a Managing Director in April 2022. Immediately prior, Krish served as CEO of Appriss Inc., a privately held company with Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners as investors. During his 9+ year tenure at Appriss, Krish served in a variety of roles including head of product strategy, head of Appriss Health (now Bamboo Health), head of Appriss Retail and as Chief Operating Officer before becoming CEO in 2020. Krish presently serves as board member for Appriss Retail and Bamboo Health.

Prior to Appriss, Krish served in senior product and general management roles at Privia Health, WellPoint (now Anthem), SHPS Inc. (acquired by ADP), BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle) and Abilizer Systems (acquired by BEA Systems). Krish graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and began his career as a software engineer for Unisys Corporation’s financial services software division. After earning an MBA with distinction from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, Krish worked for The Boston Consulting Group serving financial services, pharma and industrial services clients in strategy engagements.
