Rebecca Kaufman

Rebecca Kaufman is a strategic leader with extensive experience in operations and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Strategy & Operations at Insight Partners since January 2022, Kaufman's previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Strategy & Business Development at Industrious, where contributions included corporate strategy and operational integration. At JetBlue Airways, Kaufman was a founding leader of a consulting team that advanced the airline's strategic vision. Additional experience includes managing M&A and strategic initiatives at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and analytical roles at Pegasus Capital Advisors. Kaufman holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and Science & Society from Brown University and has completed affiliate studies at UCL.
