Anthony Bianchini

Anthony Bianchini currently serves as the VP of Global Strategy and Operations at Syneos Health, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Bianchini was the EVP of Life Sciences at Teleperformance and held multiple leadership roles at Conduent, including Global Client Partner and General Manager for Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences. Bianchini's extensive experience also includes serving as the VP of Pharmaceutical Practice Leader at Xerox Services, and as EVP of Client Services at TMS Health. Additionally, Bianchini was the Chief Operating Officer at Pharmakinnex and the Executive Director at Novartis, where responsibilities included overseeing customer interaction strategies and managing substantial resources and budgets. Earlier career accomplishments include significant roles at Sandoz, where strategic initiatives were developed to maintain market share and enhance operational efficiency.
