Taylor Thompson

Taylor Thompson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and investment management. Currently serving as Co-General Counsel and Principal, Deputy General Counsel at Insight Partners since April 2021, Taylor has a solid background in legal advisory roles at leading firms, including TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. as Principal, Associate General Counsel and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a Corporate Associate specializing in M&A. Previous experience includes summer law clerk positions and internships in finance and structured products at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Banc of America Securities, and Citigroup. Taylor holds a Doctor of Law degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
