Brad Palmer is currently serving as the Client Success Manager at InSight Systems since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of National Service Manager at both EQUANS ANZ and ENGIE Services (Australia & New Zealand) from 2021 to August 2023 and from August 2016 to August 2023, respectively. Brad has extensive experience in service contract management, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and the preparation of service agreements. Earlier roles include Service Delivery Manager at IBSAV (Aust) Pty Ltd and Pro AV Solutions, as well as Service Manager at Vantage Systems, where responsibilities included managing hosted video conferencing services and helpdesk services. Brad graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Monash University between 1996 and 1998.
