Bridgit Smith

Bridgit Boeve-Smith serves as the Executive Director of Insight Women's Center since February 2013, overseeing daily operations and managing regulatory compliance through the development and implementation of center policies. Previously, Bridgit held the role of Executive Director at Phillips County Community Foundation from April 2011 to February 2013, where leadership was provided in program development and organizational planning in alignment with the foundation's mission. Additionally, as Office Manager at Phillips County Economic Development from December 2006 to April 2011, Bridgit performed clerical duties, managed financial data, and represented the county with external organizations. Bridgit began the career as a Family Educator at Community Action Partnership of Mid NE, focusing on family visits and community engagement from June 2000 to December 2005. Academically, Bridgit holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, along with certifications in Organizational Leadership and Grant Writing from Fort Hays State University, and an Associate's degree in Social Work from Colby Community College.
