J. Michael Quijano

J. Michael Quijano has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. J. Michael is currently working as the Director, Key Accounts U.S. & LATAM Region at INSIGHTEC, where they develop strategic relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders to drive growth and partnerships. J. Michael also leads the commercialization strategy in the Latin American region. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Slate Equity Group, a Capital Sales Area Manager at Zimmer Biomet, a Lumivascular Sales Manager at Avinger Inc., a Specialty Sales Manager at Intuitive Surgical, and a Lead Executive Representative at Merck & Co., Inc. in the Women's Healthcare division.

J. Michael Quijano attended Lynn University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing. J. Michael later pursued a Masters degree in Accounting at Florida International University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to their university education, they attended Miami Coral Park Senior High School from 1990 to 1993 and Belen Jesuit from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Quijano obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2020. J. Michael also holds a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the State of Florida, which they obtained in 2019.
