Ronen Shter

Ronen Shter currently serves as the CPC SW & SQA Director at INSIGHTEC since July 2023. Previously, Ronen held the position of Vision R&D Programs Director at Lumenis from July 2021 to February 2023, managing multidisciplinary R&D groups within the vision medical platform. Prior to that, Ronen was with GE Healthcare from 2001 to July 2021, where responsibilities included directing software engineering and site leadership, managing teams involved in image reconstruction for premium CT products, and serving as a senior software engineer. Ronen's earlier experience includes roles at Oren Semiconductor and Elbit Systems LTD, focusing on software development and applications in real-time environments. Ronen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
