Mike Lim

Mike Lim has extensive experience in various roles related to digital marketing, technology, and education. Mike started their career as a Web Analytics Master at a general law firm analysis association in 2015, where they trained professionals and students on web analytics, conducted seminars across the APAC region, and provided corporate training on digital marketing and analytics. In 2019, Mike became an Associate Director at KPMG Singapore, leading the Marketing Analytics practice and overseeing the development and implementation of a Customer Data Platform. Mike also led performance marketing for a significant government project. In 2015, Mike worked as an Adjunct Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore. Additionally, Mike has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic, National University of Singapore, and Singapore Polytechnic, where they shared their knowledge and expertise in digital marketing and technology with students. More recently, they held the role of Managing Director at InsightOut, where they specialized in transforming digital marketing strategies, developing marketing technologies, and mentoring the next generation of digital marketers. Currently, Mike is serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Lesson Plan and as an Advisor at Paladium Technologies. Prior to these roles, they were the Product Development Manager at I3 Precision Pte Ltd, responsible for developing and commercializing a suite of products in the healthcare industry.

Mike Lim earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at Koç University. Mike also obtained additional certifications, including a Web Analytics Master from the Web Analytics Association Singapore in 2015 and a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from NI (National Instruments) in 2012. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Google.
