Erin graduated from Earlham College in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Social Relations with focuses in Psychology and African/African-American Studies. Upon graduating she pursued and completed a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. Throughout her educational training, she obtained work experiences in various service settings including inpatient, community mental health and the waiver program. Erin came to work for Insights Consulting in 2004, and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals throughout the years. She feels a strong connection to the company’s focus on an individual’s capabilities and potential. Erin works from an integrative theory approach in order to “see the whole picture” and is trained in EMDR. She believes the individuals she serves and those who care for them are the most knowledgeable and her best resources from which to provide positive behavioral support.
