Danielle Matrow Silvano

Danielle Matrow Silvano is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at insightsoftware since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Cedars-Sinai, where Danielle held positions as Supervisor of Recruiting and Onboarding and Senior Talent Advisor from February 2016 to August 2021, and various roles at UnitedHealth Group from October 2007 to February 2016, including Executive Sourcer and Senior Sourcing Strategist. Danielle's career also includes a brief acting stint with SAG-AFTRA and sales experience at Wall Street Services. In addition, Danielle has a rich background in staffing and recruiting, having worked with Robert Half and Maxim Group/TekSystems. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Brock University and is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, where a focus on Musical Theatre was achieved.
