Eddie Hirko

Eddie Hirko is currently the Director of Worldwide Support at insightsoftware since October 2018. Previously, Eddie worked at Global Software, Inc from September 2008 to September 2018, starting as a Tech Support Manager and progressing to Sr. Tech Support Engineer. Prior to that, Eddie was with GFI Software from January 2005 to September 2008 as a Tech Support Lead. Eddie Hirko earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in 2003.
