Mark Lisi

Mark Lisi is currently the SVP of Corporate Development at insightsoftware, where Mark leads M&A activities and drives business development initiatives. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Avaya as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy. Mark also has extensive experience at IBM, where Mark held various roles in M&A, finance, and analysis. Before transitioning to the corporate world, Mark served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance and Naval Science from Villanova University.
