Suranji Kannangara

Suranji Kannangara is an experienced quality engineering professional currently serving as the Associate Lead Quality Engineering at Insighture since October 2024. Prior to this role, Suranji held the position of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Villvay, where responsibilities included implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks for Web UI, API, and Mobile automation. Suranji has also worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at BlackSwan Technologies, focusing on testing activities and various testing types, as well as a Software Quality Engineer at DigitalX, developing test plans and cases. Earlier experience includes serving as an Automation Associate - QA at Virtusa, specializing in end-to-end testing and requirement analysis. Suranji holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa and a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education.
