Haiming Zhou

Haiming Zhou is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. since December 2013, specializing in professional outsourcing and Smart Logistics Solutions. Prior to this role, Haiming worked as a Project Manager for a Pension solution project and held the position of Department Manager at Zhejiang Success Software Co., Ltd., where the focus was on Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions, including traffic control and GIS-based management systems. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. and State Street Corp, spanning from May 2005 to January 2011.
