Moises Valladares

Moises Valladares-Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the IFG Chief Compliance & Risk Officer and Global AML Head at Insigneo since July 2005, Moises oversees the comprehensive Compliance Program for Insigneo Securities LLC and manages the Compliance Unit and AML Program for Insigneo International Financial Services, LLC. Prior to this, Moises held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Citi, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance for broker-dealer operations across Latin America. Additionally, Moises has served as a finance professor at both the University of Phoenix and the University of Puerto Rico and has experience as a Securities Examiner at the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico. Moises holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
