Diane Russell

Diane Russell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diane began their career at BDO in Australia, where they worked as an Audit Supervisor for six years. Following this, they joined AMP as a Financial Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Management Accountant. At Commonwealth Bank, Diane held various executive management positions, including Executive Manager of Privacy Enforceable Undertaking Program, Executive Manager of Simplification at Colonial First State, and Executive Manager of Wealth Management Productivity Practitioner. Diane also served as the Executive Manager of Wealth Management Strategic Development and Manager of Investments & Advisory. In 2023, Diane joined Hireup as the Process Excellence Lead and is currently serving as the Head of Risk Management Strategic Delivery at Insignia Financial.

Diane Russell holds an MBA degree in Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Diane also obtained a CA degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Prior to these qualifications, Diane completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LCS Level 1b), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LCS Level 1b), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from reputable institutions such as the Scrum Alliance and Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
