Nessya Susanto has extensive experience in talent acquisition and business operations. Nessya is currently working as the Talent Acquisition and Business Operations Lead at Insignia Financial since November 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions at Insignia Financial as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Operations Lead from May 2022 to November 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner from March 2020 to May 2022. Nessya also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Citi from October 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner at Resource Solutions, focusing on investment banking at Deutsche Bank, from July 2017 to October 2018. Nessya'searlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Commonwealth Bank and as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Wesfarmers Insurance in 2014, as well as a Recruitment and Development Specialist at National Australia Bank from August 2012 to August 2013.
