Marty Bloom

Director of Client Success at Insignia Systems

Marty Bloom has been in the fishing industry for over 10 years. Marty started as a product manager at Gander Mountain, where they were responsible for driving highly regional and SKU intensive business. During their time there, they successfully developed and implemented their own brand product lines, partnered with vendor partners to develop key item programs, and delivered category strategy presentations to the CEO / Owner of the company.

In May 2016, Marty Bloom transitioned to Key Account Manager at Pure Fishing. In this role, they were responsible for developing profitable partnerships with National Accounts by collaboratively building business plans. This included strategic planning, relationship management, program management, promotion development, category management, P&L ownership and financial analysis.

Marty Bloom is currently the Director of Client Success at Insignia Systems. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of client success managers who work directly with Insignia’s customers to ensure they are successful in executing their shopper marketing programs.

Marty Bloom earned a BA in Communication from Saint John's University.

Marty Bloom reports to Adam May, Chief Growth Officer. They work with Mark Wallace - Vice President, Independent Retailers, Alison Nelson - Senior Vice President of Sales.
