Allen Chng has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Allen started their career as a Finance Analyst Intern at Equinix in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development & Strategy Intern at Arcadier, where they focused on driving the adoption of the marketplace platform through digital marketing strategies.
In 2017, Allen joined SOSV as an Analyst Intern, where they managed and prepared portfolio company and investment updates for internal teams and partners. Allen then became an Operations Associate before being promoted to Senior Operations Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President (Operations and Strategic Development) at Insignia Ventures Partners, focusing on strategic development, investor relations, and portfolio development.
Additionally, Allen is also an Angel Investor at uWave, starting in 2021.
Allen Chng pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. From 2013 to 2018, they attended the National University of Singapore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) degree, with a minor in Technopreneurship. Their primary focus at this time was on Accounting and Finance.
