Clement Chan has extensive work experience, primarily serving in roles related to legal and strategic development. Clement began their career as a Legal Intern at Credit Suisse in 2013. After that, they worked as an Associate at EVERSHEDS HARRY ELIAS LLP from 2014 to 2017. Clement then joined Rajah & Tann Asia as a Senior Associate from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to Insignia Ventures Partners, where they served as Counsel for Legal & Strategic Development. In 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Lifepal, Nimbly Technologies, bluesheets, and Edmicro Education Co., Ltd.

Clement Chan obtained their A Levels degree from Victoria Junior College in 2007. Clement then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Law at Singapore Management University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also briefly studied Law at Uppsala University.
