David Harner

David Harner currently serves as the Director of Development at Insignis Partners since March 2025. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Paramount Development from August 2003 to March 2025, including Vice President of Development and Vice President and Senior Real Estate Development Manager, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 50 retail assets totaling around 2.5 million square feet. Earlier in David's career, significant experience was gained at EDENS: Connective Retail from January 1996 to June 2003, where responsibilities included Director of Development, Leasing Manager, and Property Manager, focusing on shopping center developments and leasing activities throughout North and South Carolina. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Randolph-Macon College, attending from August 1990 to May 1994, and previously studied at Trinity Pawling School from August 1986 to May 1990.
