C.J. Rogers

C.J. creates and implements world-class facility design across the InSite portfolio.

As director of design, CJ leads the development of best-in-class buildings that incorporate holistic design strategy, performance, and construct-ability.

Before joining the team at InSite, C.J. worked as a lead designer for SmithGroup. During his career he has worked on various project types including mixed use, aviation, hospitality, retail, historic preservation, and master planning. He has over 10+ years of experience in the construction and A&E sector.

He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
