Jr Kyes

JR Kyes has over 10 years of experience in real estate and development. JR started their career in 2007 as the Director of Retail Property at InSite Real Estate, where they specialized in the development of freestanding, build-to-suit facilities for national retailers. JR worked on over 300 projects and formed partnerships with various high-quality tenants. In 2011, they joined Miller's Ale House Restaurants as the Director of Real Estate & Development. In this role, they focused on site selection, market analysis, and managing broker networks and developer relationships. JR joined InSite Real Estate again in 2015, this time as the Managing Director.

JR Kyes completed their Masters degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended the same university, though the degree and field of study are unspecified.
