Ricardo Lopez

Ricardo Lopez is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Law Enforcement Liaison at BusPatrol since September 2023. In addition to this role, Lopez has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Western Connecticut State University since August 2016, where instruction focuses on various topics within the criminal justice field. Lopez has extensive security experience, including positions as a Security Agent at Insite Risk Management and as AETV-Corporate Security at Holmes Detective Bureau from 2007 until January 2022. Previous roles in law enforcement include significant positions within the New York City Police Department, where Lopez achieved ranks of Lieutenant, receiving recognition for exceptional contributions, such as the "Detective Crime Clinic" award for overseeing a major undercover operation. Military experience includes service as an Infantry Sergeant in the U.S. Army from August 1984 to May 1988.
