Andres Montalvo

Andres Montalvo has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Andres worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Insiten since January 2020 and October 2018 respectively. Prior to that, Andres co-founded Trutik Inc in July 2015, where they streamlined internal processes and focused on building relationships with staff to achieve process improvements. Andres also worked as the Founder of MontalvoSOFT LLC, where they acted as a liaison between clients and management, managed employees and cloud infrastructure, and provided cost analysis to clients. Andres also worked at TiLite - Permobil as an Application/System Developer/Analyst, where they created custom software for tracking product quality issues, and at Mission Support Alliance as a Computer System Analyst, where they spearheaded developments for custom-built financial/compliance systems. Andres started their career at Lockheed Martin as an Associate Software Engineer, where they built relationships across teams, documented software and technical specifications, and developed web applications.

Andres Montalvo completed their Associate of Arts and Science degree in Computer Science through the Direct Transfer Agreement program at Columbia Basin College in the year 2010. Andres then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Cyber Security in 2017. During their time at Columbia Basin College, Andrés obtained several certificates including a Network and Security Certificate, a Network and Security One-Year Certificate, a Computer Science C#.Net Programming One-Year Certificate, and a Computer Science C++ Programming One-Year Certificate. In November 2020, they also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft.
