Alice Chin is currently a Lab and Data Platform at insitro. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Salesforce from May 2018 to August 2018. Alice was also a Computer Scientist Intern at Adobe from May 2017 to August 2017 where they incorporated new API's into internal web server, coded and tested with Java, Spring, AngularJS, HTML, SQL, TestNG. From September 2016 to May 2017, they were a Software Developer at theDesignExchange where they updated and improved functionality of Website. The front-end is written in HAML, and the back-end is developed with Rails 3. Alice also implemented landing page. From November 2015 to August 2016, they were a Visitor Services Assistant at BERKELEY ART MUSEUM & PACIFIC FILM ARCHIVE where they sold museum admission, BAMPFA memberships, film tickets and museum store merchandise. Alice also served as the museum's information desk, greeting and interacting with museum visitors, processing ticket sales and collecting payments, answering phones and transferring calls, keeping abreast of current and upcoming BAMPFA events. Alice was also a Student Researcher at University of California, Berkeley - Berkeley Institute for Data Science (BIDS) from January 2019 to May 2019.
Alice Chin graduated from San Leandro High School and then went on to study computer science at the University of California, Berkeley.
