Madeline T. is an experienced professional in automation operations management, currently serving as the Automation Operations Manager at insitro since May 2021. In this role, Madeline leads the development, validation, and implementation of complex automated workflows, focusing on standardization, user experiences, continuous improvement, and data management. Prior to insitro, Madeline held multiple roles at Clara Foods™, advancing from Automation Research Associate II to Automation Operations Lead, and was responsible for optimizing high-throughput screening and managing data for large sample sizes. Additional experience includes positions at Synthego Corporation, Genentech, Monsanto Company, Safe Food Alliance, and Molecular Matrix, Inc., beginning with an undergraduate research assistant role.
