Morgan Miller has been working in the field since 2014. In 2014, they began working as an Assistant Camp Administrator for Delran Township, where they were responsible for organizing, leading, and promoting interest in recreational activities, administering first aid, and enforcing rules and regulations. In 2015, they began working as a Monitor for the Burlington County Library System. In 2017, they began working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rowan College at Gloucester County, where they collected and tested water samples for contaminants, dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, and organics, and tested bacteria utilizing membrane filtration, bacterial growth, and incubation. In 2018, they began working as an NSF Rowan University Undergraduate Fellow for the National Science Foundation (NSF). Morgan also began working at Insituware as a Field Application Engineer, Research and Development Laboratory Manager, and Senior Lab Technician.

Morgan Miller attended Rowan College at Burlington County from 2016 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Biology, General. They then attended Rowan University from 2018 to 2019, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General.
