Don Nociolo

Don Nociolo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Don started their career at Ingersoll Rand as an Industrial Engineer, Supply Planner, and Shop Foreman. Don then worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Labatt Inc., Johanna Farms. Don Nociolo joined Johnson and Johnson MD&D, Ethicon and held various roles during their tenure. Don later joined Integra LifeSciences where they held multiple senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Manufacturing, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Strategic Operations. At Integra, they led major capital projects, new product launches, process transfers, and strategic planning. Don also played a key role in the company's acquisitions and integration projects. Don Nociolo is currently working as the Vice President of Technical Operations at Insmed Incorporated.

Don Nociolo received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Don then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1987 to 1990. Later on, in 2007, they completed supply chain certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they also obtained a leadership certification from the same institution in 2009.
