Joanna Navalho is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance within the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for HR at Insmed Incorporated since June 2020, Joanna has previously held various HR roles within the company, focusing on implementing HR policies and ensuring SOX compliance. Prior to Insmed, Joanna worked at Celgene as a Quality and Process Specialist, where responsibilities included managing payroll quality and compliance with GDPR processes.
