Kristin Crouch

Kristin Crouch has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kristin currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of US Field Medical at Insmed Incorporated since 2023. Previously, they worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Director from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, including Associate Director in US MSL Medical Affairs from 2015 to 2018, and Senior Medical Science Liaison from 2010 to 2015. Kristin also worked at Forest Research Institute as a Senior Managed Care Clinical Specialist from 2006 to 2010. Kristin Crouch began their career at PharmaCare, Eckerd Health Services (EHS), CVS Caremark Corporation, and Eckerd as a Director from 1993 to 2006.

Kristin Crouch completed their high school education at Knoch High School from 1975 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a degree in Pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh from 1987 to 1993. Later on, they also attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, specializing in pharmacy.
