Liyuan Zhang

Liyuan Zhang currently serves as a Senior Scientist in Process Development at Insmed Incorporated since December 2022. Prior to this role, Liyuan held the position of Associate Scientist III at insitro and worked as a Gamete Biologist at Novo Nordisk from January 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing hESC protocols and mentoring staff. Earlier experience includes roles at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine and the University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing on iPSC generation, cell culture, and basic laboratory work. Liyuan holds a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
