Sivani Paskaradevan

Sivani Paskaradevan currently serves as the Medical Director for Gene Therapy at Insmed Incorporated, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sivani was the Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead for LGMD Non-sarcs and CMT at Sarepta Therapeutics from February 2023 to July 2025, overseeing gene therapy programs for LGMDR1/2A, LGMDR2/2B, and CMT1A. Additional experience includes various leadership positions in Global Scientific Communications at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from January 2016 to February 2023, and roles at Decision Resources Group and the University of Toronto. Sivani holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development from the University of Minnesota.
