Frank Heemann

Frank Heemann is an experienced legal professional serving as a Partner and Co-head of the Practice Group Insolvency and Restructuring at bnt attorneys in CEE, an international law firm operating across Central and Eastern Europe. With a background that includes roles as a Member of the Board of Advisors for bnt attorneys in CEE Lithuania and active participation in INSOL Europe as a Council member and Co-editor-in-chief of Eurofenix, Frank also held positions with the French Foreign Trade Advisors and the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. Academic credentials include an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cape Town and a First State Examination in Law from Hamburg University.
