José Carles

José Carles is a highly experienced legal and economic professional specializing in Cross-Border Restructuring and Insolvency. As the Managing Partner and founder of CARLES | CUESTA Abogados since November 2011, José leads the firm's practice in this field. In addition to this role, José serves as the Country Coordinator for Spain and a Council Member of INSOL Europe, where contributions include co-chairing the Insolvency Tech & Digital Assets Wing and serving as Joint Editor-in-Chief of Eurofenix. José also directs the Master in Business Restructuring at the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid and lectures on Restructuring & Insolvency Law at prominent Spanish universities.
