Shanil Shanmughan has extensive experience in HR management, with a focus on areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Shanil currently holds the title of Senior Manager HR at InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd., a company in the solar energy sector.
