Ondrej Sedlak

Ondrej Sedlak has over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Head of Coffee at Insomnia Coffee Company since September 2007, where Ondrej has also held roles including Regional Manager and Operational Compliance Manager. Ondrej is an Authorized SCA Trainer with the Specialty Coffee Association since July 2021 and has been a WLAC Certified Technical Judge and WCE Certified Technical Judge with World Coffee Events since March 2016. Educational qualifications include a SCA Coffee Skills Diploma from the Specialty Coffee Association (2012-2017), a Certificate in Contemporary Studies focusing on Human Resource Management and Management Techniques from UCD - National University of Ireland (2008-2011), and a Bachelor's degree in Technology and Management of Clothing Production from Technical University of Liberec (2001-2004).
