Rachard Dennis

Rachard Dennis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Insomnia Cookies since September 2025. Previously, Rachard held the position of Vice President of Operation Services at Sky Zone and Vice President of Operations at Smalls Sliders, both contributing to significant growth in their respective sectors. Rachard's experience also includes leading international operations as Senior Director for Wingstop Restaurants Inc., where successful expansions were accomplished in Korea, Spain, and Canada. Rachard’s extensive tenure at Subway included roles ranging from Senior Director of Restaurant Operations to Franchise Business Consultant, overseeing hundreds of locations and implementing operational strategies. Rachard began the career at Taco Bell as Operations Manager and was an Executive Team Leader of Operations at Target, showcasing a solid foundation in team leadership and operational excellence. Rachard earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertisement from the University of Southern Indiana.
