Stephanie Boughner

Stephanie Boughner is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Insomnia Cookies since June 2025, Boughner previously held the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at Curio Wellness from April 2023 to June 2025. A significant portion of Boughner's career was spent at Aramark, where roles ranged from Vice President of Human Resources - Sports and Entertainment to Senior Human Resources Manager from September 2010 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as RPO Consultant at TAPFIN Process Solutions and Manager of Implementations at Seatoncorp. Boughner began the career as an Affiliate Services Coordinator at The Kendal Corporation. An alumnus of Penn State University, Boughner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
