Ashwin Jayaram

Ashwin Jayaram has had an extensive career in the technology industry. In 2007, they began working at Dell as a Change Management & Generalist, where they were responsible for all aspects of talent strategy for global clients. In 2008, they became a Management Consultant at OneGo Solutions. In 2010, they joined Insomniac Design as Chief Strategy Officer, where they were responsible for supervisory leadership and oversight of multiple B2B and B2C digital program management and delivery. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of CyBourn, a cybersecurity company with offices in Washington DC, Ashburn, London, and Bucharest. Ashwin also co-founded VantaForce in 2018, where they are the Chief Strategy Officer.

Ashwin Jayaram completed their Masters degree at Cornell University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Computer Science & Psychology from the University of Toronto from 2000 to 2004. Ashwin also attended St. Josephs.
