Claudio Ciccioli, MBA, has a strong background in business development and customer service management. Claudio began their career in 2008 as an Administrator Consultant at Generali Italia S.p.A, where they worked until 2012. Claudio then transitioned to the role of Business Development/Customer Service Manager, a position they held for eight years. In 2018, Claudio joined Insoore as a Senior Account Manager Business Development, and later became the Sales Manager in July 2020. Claudio's expertise lies in sales management, account management, and business development.

Claudio Ciccioli holds an MBA degree from LUISS Business School, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Scienze Storiche delle Culture Europee e Relazioni Internazionali at Università di Pisa from 2002 to 2006.
